Unless clearly mentioned otherwise, ForexBaazar may act as a reseller, distributor, promoter, educational content provider, or support provider and may not be the original developer of every EA, indicator, or trading tool.

We may explain how a product works, how it can be installed, how it can be tested, or how it performed in a backtest or demo environment. This is only for educational, informational, and demonstration purposes.

3. Digital Product and Software Usage

All products sold on ForexBaazar are digital products, software tools, trading indicators, EA robots, downloadable files, access-based products, or educational content. After successful payment or approved free access, the user may receive access through the website dashboard, download section, WhatsApp support, email, tutorial page, or any other delivery method decided by ForexBaazar.

You are responsible for installing, testing, configuring, and using the software properly. If you do not understand the settings, lot size, risk level, account size, broker execution, or trading logic, you must not use the product on a live trading account.

4. No Investment Advice or Financial Advisory

ForexBaazar does not provide investment advisory, financial advisory, portfolio management, fund management, account management, profit-sharing service, or guaranteed return service.

Any content, video, product description, backtest, demo, tutorial, screenshot, support message, or explanation shared by ForexBaazar is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be treated as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to trade with real money.

5. Forex Trading Risk Disclaimer

Forex trading, gold trading, crypto trading, stock trading, derivatives trading, algo trading, EA robots, indicators, automated trading systems, and all financial market activities involve high risk. Market conditions can change at any time. Profit is not guaranteed. Loss is possible. You may lose part or all of your trading capital.

ForexBaazar, its owner, team, company, employees, partners, affiliates, promoters, support staff, or associated persons do not provide any guarantee of profit, fixed return, assured income, capital protection, recovery of loss, monthly return, daily profit, or any specific trading result.

6. No Profit Guarantee

Any EA robot, indicator, strategy, tool, or software may perform differently in different market conditions. A product may generate profit in good market conditions and may generate loss in bad, volatile, sideways, high-spread, or news-based market conditions.

We do not guarantee that any product will be profitable. We do not guarantee that any backtest, demo result, screenshot, YouTube video, promotional video, or past performance will repeat in the future.

You agree that profit and loss depend on many factors including market movement, broker execution, spread, slippage, news volatility, liquidity, account balance, lot size, leverage, VPS/server speed, settings, and user decisions.

7. Backtest, Demo, YouTube and Promotional Content Disclaimer

ForexBaazar may upload videos on YouTube or other platforms showing how an EA, indicator, robot, or software works. These videos may include backtesting, strategy testing, demo results, software explanation, trading examples, or product usage.

Backtesting videos, strategy tester results, demo results, screenshots, statements, reviews, or historical performance shown on YouTube, website, social media, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any promotional channel do not guarantee future performance.

Backtests are based on historical data and may not include real market conditions such as spread changes, slippage, execution delay, broker restrictions, requotes, server latency, commission, swap, liquidity issues, news volatility, real buyer/seller activity, or sudden market movement.

8. User Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for:

• Checking whether the product is suitable for their trading style.
• Testing the EA or indicator on a demo account before live trading.
• Understanding product settings and risk level.
• Choosing lot size, stop loss, take profit, trailing stop, and risk settings.
• Selecting broker and account type.
• Monitoring trades and account drawdown.
• Managing capital and avoiding over-risk.
• Following local laws and regulations.
• Deciding whether to use or stop using any software.

ForexBaazar will not be responsible for any loss caused by wrong settings, high lot size, poor money management, broker issues, market volatility, user mistake, or live trading decision.

9. Demo Testing Recommendation

Before using any EA robot, indicator, or software on a live account, we strongly recommend that users first test it on a demo account.

Users should check:

• Trade entry and exit behavior.
• Drawdown level.
• Market condition suitability.
• Broker spread and execution.
• News volatility effect.
• Stop loss and take profit behavior.
• Lot size and account balance risk.
• Minimum recommended capital.
• VPS or internet stability.

10. Third-Party Developer and Reseller Disclaimer

Some software, EA robots, indicators, or trading tools sold or promoted on ForexBaazar may be developed by third-party developers or vendors.

ForexBaazar may purchase, license, resell, promote, or distribute such products. We may provide product access, support, tutorial, and setup guidance, but we may not be the original developer of every product.

If a third-party software has limitations, bugs, broker restrictions, market dependency, or performance variation, ForexBaazar shall not be liable for any trading loss, software behavior, or financial damage arising from its use.

11. Broker, Regulation and Legal Compliance

Users are responsible for checking whether forex trading, broker usage, EA usage, automated trading, and related financial activities are legal and permitted in their own country, region, and jurisdiction.

Users should use only authorized, legal, and compliant brokers or platforms according to applicable laws and regulations. ForexBaazar will not be responsible for any issue caused by unauthorized brokers, illegal platforms, account blocks, withdrawal issues, broker disputes, regulatory restrictions, or user violation of local laws.

12. Payment, Access and Delivery

After successful payment or approved free order, product access may be provided through the user dashboard, My Software page, My Tutorial page, email, WhatsApp, download link, or any other method decided by ForexBaazar.

Access delivery time may vary depending on product type, account verification, manual approval, technical availability, or support workload. ForexBaazar reserves the right to verify order details before providing software access.

13. Refund and Cancellation

Because ForexBaazar deals with digital products, downloadable software, EA robots, indicators, access-based products, setup guidance, and digital educational content, refund eligibility may be limited.

Once a digital product, file, software, license, course, indicator, EA robot, or access is delivered, downloaded, activated, emailed, shared, or used, refund may not be available unless specifically mentioned in our Refund Policy.

Some EA products are locked to the customer’s MT4/MT5 account number or trading account. Once the software is prepared, activated, locked, or delivered for a specific MT4/MT5 account, it is intended to work only on that customer’s assigned account and cannot normally be transferred to another client after delivery.

14. Technical Issues and Support

ForexBaazar may provide setup guidance and support for product installation or basic usage. Support does not mean profit assurance, performance assurance, refund eligibility, or account management.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Wrong installation.
• Wrong settings.
• Broker restrictions.
• MetaTrader errors.
• VPS or internet issues.
• Account leverage or margin issues.
• Spread/slippage.
• User system/device issues.
• Unauthorized software modification.
