Digital Product No Refund Policy

ForexBaazar sells digital products such as Forex EA robots, trading indicators, software files, setup files, license-based tools, tutorial access, and other downloadable or access-based products. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product file, software access, license, setup file, download link, email delivery, WhatsApp delivery, dashboard access, or any product-related access has been provided to the customer.

Most EA robots, indicators, and trading software products provided by ForexBaazar are license-based digital files. Once an EA file, indicator file, software file, setup file, or license access is sent to the customer, it cannot be returned, cancelled, recalled, blocked, exchanged, or resold like a physical product.

Some EA products are locked to the customer’s MT4/MT5 account number or trading account. Once the software is prepared, activated, locked, or delivered for a specific MT4/MT5 account, it is intended to work only on that customer’s assigned account. It cannot normally be transferred to another client, another account, or another person after delivery. Because the license is lifetime or account-based and delivery cannot be reversed after sending, refund will not be provided after the product has been delivered, activated, emailed, shared, downloaded, or accessed.

By purchasing from ForexBaazar, the customer understands and agrees that:

• The product is digital in nature.
• The product may be delivered by email, WhatsApp, website dashboard, download link, or any other digital method.
• The EA or indicator file may be locked to the customer’s MT4/MT5 account.
• Once delivered or activated, the product cannot be returned.
• Lifetime license or account-locked access cannot be cancelled after delivery.
• Refund will not be issued because the customer changed their mind after purchase.
• Refund will not be issued because the customer does not understand how to use the software after delivery.
• Refund will not be issued because of trading loss, market loss, broker issue, spread, slippage, wrong settings, or user decision.
• Refund will not be issued because backtest, demo result, or live result does not match customer expectation.
• Refund will not be issued after file delivery, software delivery, license activation, product access, course access, or setup support has started.

ForexBaazar may provide setup guidance and basic support after purchase, but support does not mean profit guarantee, performance guarantee, or refund eligibility. Forex trading involves market risk, and the user is fully responsible for testing the product on demo first and using proper risk management before live trading.

If there is any technical issue in product delivery, ForexBaazar may help with re-sending the file, checking access, or providing setup guidance. However, technical support does not convert a delivered digital product into a refundable product.

Refund may only be considered in rare cases where payment has been received but product access, file, license, or delivery has not yet been provided. Once the product is delivered, activated, downloaded, emailed, shared, or accessed, the order becomes non-refundable.
